Common Issues

Images aren't loading

Make sure you're using a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF). Some browsers may restrict very large files. Try a smaller batch first.

My converted file is larger than the original

This happens when converting to PNG (lossless) or when quality is set higher than the original compression. Switch to WebP and reduce quality to 80%.

ZIP download isn't working

Make sure you've converted your images first before clicking Download All as ZIP. If the issue persists, try downloading images individually.

Issues on mobile

PixelZip is optimised for modern mobile browsers. For the best experience use the latest version of Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android). Large batches may be slower on older devices.
